First held in 2006, SkyAvenue or Labschool Kebayoran’s Art Event for Unity and Equality is an event that takes the form of a performance, showcasing various forms of artistic appreciation and creativity by Indonesian youth. SkyAvenue is organized annually by Labschool Kebayoran Senior High School students and has consistently evolved over the past 18 years, becoming one of the favorite events in Jakarta and its surroundings. In 2024, SkyAvenue will feature a music festival enlivened by well-known guest stars from Indonesia.
This year, our visual theme, “Whisparia of the Phantasmagoric Haven”, promises to captivate visitors through a whimsical, dream-like universe where fantastical tales become a reality. Adjourned with creatures of the stars, guarding the vast Milky Way of hopes and dreams, visitors will be guided in their journey to reach the phantasmagoric haven, gathering to unite and rejoice. As we celebrate the 19th edition of SkyAvenue, we hope that SkyAvenue 2024 will inspire students across Indonesia to organize art appreciation events.
